Boards

Board of Education

The Board of Education, along with the pastor, establishes objectives, sets policies for, and supervises the total Christian education program at Rib Mountain Lutheran Church.  It assures that all age groups have an opportunity and are encouraged to continue the personal growth of Christian education.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the legal representative of the congregation and the custodian of the property.  They shall supervise use, provide maintenance, protection and improvement of the buildings and equipment.  They shall provide insurance, contracts and other official documents for the congregation.

Board of Youth Ministry

The Board of Youth Ministry involves the young people of our congregation in the work of the church.  It also providing spiritual growth and Christian fellowship.

Board of Stewardship

The Board of Stewardship’s objectives are to initiate programs regarding congregational time, talents and treasures.  Also to provide training and utilization of members for the work of Christ's Kingdom and to ensure the congregation's financial stability through a dedicated proportionate first fruits giving.

Board of Evangelism

The basic objective of the Board of Evangelism is to bring the Gospel to the unchurched believers.  Each and every member of the Church needs to spread the Gospel, deepen their faith and proper soul accounting to seek to regain those who have alienated themselves from Jesus Christ.
